The current admin. has a "policy" they will look the other way, but the banks have not and will not buy into a "policy" being safe for them, as the next admin. can dump that policy that breaks federal law. Very dangerous area for the banks. Hence, they will not touch it with a ten foot pole.
These "policy" efforts skirt federal law. MJ industry has to get MJ declassified as a class 1 drug, then the industry will move forward. Wild, wild west today.
