I don't think we have much choice but to wait. Obviously, they cannot (or will not) answer questions. They should, at a minimum, have a robo response to emails, but they don't give a rat's a** about the shareholders, (in spite of King's comments wrapping up the last cc) so it is unlikely to change.
The Avid progress and the MSK collaboration are huge positives justifying holding onto your shares. The betabody European patent should be awarded in the next 45 days or so, and surely the class action suit will have a ruling SOON. We have been waiting almost 5 months (as of 8/3) on that one. Institutional ownership as of 6/30 reports by 8/15 so that will also be of interest. It is worth waiting to see what transpires after all that IMO.
The proxy will be issued late next month and will no doubt request a new tranche of shares for the employee stock options and probably an increase in authorized common shares. Will they throw us a bone or just follow their usual MO of doing what benefits themselves and if there is a trickle down to the shareholders, so be it. PPHM is a mixed bag, but I think we are getting close to some significant progress on the pps front, absent any huge disasters.
