Sure it increases the number of shares in public hands and it may slow down the a rise in price depending on the timing.
However, if it's part of Ruggero's deal with MagneGas then it's not as harmful psychologically as it is if Carla is just hitting us up for money whenever she feels like it. BIG difference...
I've always wondered why she had so many more shares than everyone else. This could answer a lot of questions.
