JULY 1st - Signed Definitive agreement (this was the LOI for partnering with Canna and the City Dispensary in Portland Oregon)
JULY 6th - Funding for the deal to be completed. (PR OUT NOW ~ Agreement DONE!)
JULY 8th - Sign Letter of intent with HEMP edibles group in California (DEAL is now DONE! ~ Will hear news very soon!)
July 10th - 8K filing showing details of finalized definitive agreement with Canna and the City (Out now and filed~ Details provided in 8K)
