It is a simple recipe to follow. I can imagine the degree of difficulty to unwind all the mumbo jumbo and make it Jumbo Mumbo for the SEC to understand.
It should not be a hard thing to do to show intent and good desire to respond to SEC allegations and demonstrate intention to operate the company in a legitimate fashion as defined by the laws.
