It is a common thought along with you, that this board has die hard fans of REVO, just as KMAG has or had.
It is a fact that, here the patent infringement lawsuits are active and 3 settlements are in the works and two of them will be final Tuesday, next week. If this company, I mean (Honest Ron if he really is one) must put out a news release re the outcome of the settlement.
IMO the other Officers of the company led by Ali were responsible for the shenanigans and Fuzzy accounts, and missed filings. I hope they do not get involved with any news release from here out.
Ron I am sure cannot run a company, nor do any accounting and filings. In other words it will be almost impossible to re-file every paper that the SEC needs to prove that the company is serious about operating as a company with proper filings. Getting back to pinks is hard, and getting out of grey is hard. Getting delisted is easy.
It does look bad here.
If the Attorneys working on the lawsuits have interest and suggest ways to get out of the mess, then Ron may be able get the help and seek a way out.
S.Ali and C. McDougal conned Ron Carter from the beginning or Ron may have also been complicit. If he was complicit, I do not believe the Attorneys would continue the litigation. But yet, they oould, because they know they have a valuable patent portfolio and can make their pay for a while, even if they choose to not pass on all of the gains to Ron.
We as holders of shares have to wait for the next communication and decide action.
The die hard fans will continue to brain wash longs to not sell.
But one has to make a very strong independent judgement of when and if, to sell or hold.
