pear asian minng will be buying back 90% of the stocks you and everyone else owns. they will pay you in 5 .001 per share after june 15 you will have 10% of the stock you have today and will be able to do what ever you want with that sell it etc......
your other 90% will be held as a bond (debt securitie) like and iou.. and they will give you the .001 in 5 years from now. now this doesnt mean you cant sell the bond ahead of time. the bond will sell just like a stock so if you want to sell in a year you can.
