Sometimes it is for reiteration and shareholder communication. With all the hype that this is insider dumping on the HUGE volume they just reaffirmed none are being soled.
As far as the "Inza scam" according to certain people here he must have been made hundreds of millions of shares, every time I turn around he is selling "millions" into the market on this HUGE volume.
IRONICALLY no one mentioned that POS Kipping and Locksmith got busted for doing that very thing. At the time Inza and the board were accused of dumping it was Kipping !!!
