So, are you trying to trade this for a penny? With the spread and lack of liquidity that would be tough to do. The real play here is the next few months as they bring the reflector out and June 30 numbers come out in August. It looks like the seller(s) is/are gone and the stock could move back up to 20 or 25 cents. Maybe higher. JMO
