I simply posted the exact language from the MDBX SEC filings showing that Siegel was compensated $2.35 million in 2014, completely and totally proving that he was WRONG in his accusation.

That isn't what he said at all. He specifically noted that the compensation was with restricted stock... The majority of that number is restricted shares. Why do you try to misrepresent what the man said?
