I could be wrong, but I think that is exactly the point behind the 3 mil block on the ask. It makes the impatient think that this will never move and they end up bailing out and selling to the high bid, which is usually much smaller chunks than the ask to give the appearance that there is no bid support. The way to outsmart them is to throw up a bid in front of their bid. I saw the couple hundred thousand bid at .0025 today and jumped in front of him. Of course I don't have the type of funds to combat these guys on my own, but I can sniff out their games and get my shares too at the price I want.
