Given that Enox accounts for about half of their revenue it would be reasonable to consider this material and adverse.

Also, given previous assertions that they were going to get the $100M bond posted by Sandoz/MNTA they might want to re-think...

This will come up on AMPH's 2Q15 CC, but AMPH is not going to put out a PR or 8-K SEC filing unless the CAFC actually issues a ruling in the case.
