Key word there is "expected"

In the business world hardly anything *expected* happens on the time of expectation. There are delays. Let's cut management some slack and be patient a little bit more. If you have the money use this time and this dip to add more shares.

there could be several possibilities why no News about the WITS acquisition.

My first thought was, if no news on the same day ( expected deal date), than the WITS deal has not happened yet..

My second thought was, perhaps the deal did already happened on that day, but Co is not required to update the Public via NEWS, but via Q fillings later.

3 thought. Deal happened, CO is waiting for the officially change in Management filled by the authorities in AUS ( green lights) followed the NEWS or in Q fillings later.

4. thought Deal delayed, because of no capital and that could come because of no capital Intake and that could come because of not being current with its financial docs @ OTC/ SEC and because of not being Current??

I think many points making sense, no reason to think that it hasn't happened yet, but also no reason to think that it could have happened, but what ever it is,

Imo, it should happen and so long there is no officially change/ update about this, so long the deal is still in place..

Looks like we need to wait a little longer for our next move.
