Why? Everybody knows that the daily reg sho numbers are meaningless and have nothing to do with short interest or manipulation. It is just a tool that scammers mischaracterize in effort to promote their pink scams. Anyone looking for accurate short numbers can find them here as stated by Finra.

but .. that requires *imo* access to the last block of that 1M cert
