BoP, the largest shorting of OTCBB stocks...

is believed to be from Market Makers ignoring the Words "Bona Fide" and ILLEGALLY speculating in stocks on the short side... NAIB is a good example, as it's been seating on SEVU's offer for the last 2 months, several cents below the next offer and rarely showing up on the Bid in a meaningful way...

Of course, many "big Shorters" also use their friendly Market Makers' Account to "naked Short" to their heart's content...
