Of course there's selling. There was 400 million sitting on the .0001 ask. Those shares are sitting there for sale. Until you have another 350 million buys to take out the.0001s it's not moving. Unless of course the seller takes his shares off the ask.

If bid is at .0001, then it stays at .0001.
It only goes up if someone is willing to pay double that, .0002
Which it seems no one wants to do.

IMO the shares being sold right now are the latest conversion of $1 Million debt+ 10% that we hoped Ken would pay off! If my math is correct at .0001 we got 10 billion shares + 10% to cover? Do the math on the share structure after that and how long it will take to sell 10 billion + shares @ .0001 & how long it will take the flippers to churn thru that many shares to move PPS up? That's why MM's not buying IMO?? Thy are just passing these shares thru for what $$ I have no clue on spread
