In conjunction with the new business direction the Company will be taking action to become a fully reporting company as defined by Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act with a goal of achieving an uplisting to OTCQB status to provide more transparency to its shareholders and investors. The Company is also working on a new website which it expects to be available shortly. We will continue to update our shareholder's as progress continues to move ahead at a fast pace.
