This scenario sounds familiar. She PR'd that qasp was getting a dispensary but when the truth came out that only CO citizens can own a dispensary, the deal fell through and she blamed it on "bashers harrassing the current owners".
Maybe she knew that law and that's why GEI was first set up in her name before it was revised to qasp.
Regardless, she can't even keep qasp current on a regular basis.
Not sure how much the machinery costs to produce these concentrates but they can't be cheap. I guess 4 billion shares at .00005 would get them started.
