WHAAAAAAAAT!!! He's putting NK under his Nant umbrella in Nantworks as a tracking stock!

Well,,, there's another bunch of hundreds of millions of value that will be absorbed by KEYO when he jams all of Nantworks into our shell.

What's really sweet is there are so many options for him to use KEYO. That may be why someone got impatient & grabbed a couple hundred shares @ 0.51!

Bet they don't let go of them till they're worth $200.00 a share!

How exactly will NK be a tracking stock if it's parent company isn't public yet?
