You write as if you think we "no more fraud crowd" are in some way manipulating stocks by our unrelenting chase of frauds. Speaking only for myself, I have only shorted two stocks to date; both of them listed on the NASDAQ (one was price around $100 per share when I shorted it).
You also seem to think we haven't sent the SEC detailed supporting information. Wrong again. I have sent them the name of the individual, his address, home phone number, the screen names he uses, the post numbers on Raging Bull, and his exact claims made on these public message boards. I detailed the methodolgy he uses to manipulate the stocks in question and I have also alerted the Raging Bull staff (although they don't much seem to care unless you aren't one of their "favorites". They only seemed interested in how many members they had as they were in the process of selling to Lycos. Numbers is all they care about. However, I still sent them the info as I used the fact I had done so for future litigation purposes).
So, while short and distort may be much more a problem for listed stocks there is NO way it is more of a problem for the penny stocks. Most people cannot short penny stocks therefore, pump and dump is the scam most used. Contrary to your thinking that we may seem paranoid about this it has been proven over and over to be the scourge of the pennies.
If you would like my info on this particular hypester I will be more than glad to pass it along. Let's see if you still think this person isn't much of a problem.
