#1017 RE: ChuckD-MSB #1016

Chuck- These are all classic "little company" deals meant more to keep a constant source of news coming than to actually further the project. We are talking about Kinross. We arent talking about some mid level producer that no ones ever heard of. Additionally, those companies had to get some cash in the deal as they will be left with next to nothing if all options are exercised. I understand your point but completely disagree. Additionally, those deals are constructed that way to prevent companies from sitting on options. The property owner doesn't want to be hamstrung if the other party can't come up with cash or is financially unable to continue exploration efforts. I think its safe to assume that LKA has no such worries with Kinross. With all due respect, those comps you posted are completely irrelevant when it comes to looking at this deal. Once again, we are talking about Kinross, a $2 billion company

Didn't you buy in here a while back?

From the pr:

According to LKA President, Kye Abraham, "This Agreement with Kinross enables us to get a look at, and participate in, any gold discoveries made over a much larger area, much sooner, than LKA's limited resources would otherwise allow." Mr. Abraham added, "As one of the world's preeminent gold producers, Kinross brings the technical and financial muscle this project needs. We're encouraged that Kinross recognizes the potential of this unique property."

Interested parties are encouraged to read the complete text of the Agreement which is attached to LKA's 8-K filed with the Securities And Exchange Commission on July 13, 2015. More discussion on this and related subjects can be found in the "President's Email Updates" and "President's Archive" on the Company's website at: http://lkagold.com/Management_Team_-_LKA_Inter.html
Details of Golden Wonder commercial and exploratory gold shipments can be found on the Home Page of the Company's website at: www.lkagold.com

Youre right. I was speaking generally about the type of deal. Its initial drilling results that they are paying for. Its no different than paying a property owner 500k to explore for oil. If they want it, they take it. LKA is WAY beyond this point. Kinross is going to run a full exploration project here. They aren't drilling a few holes, they are moving in. I see your point I just think you are looking at this incorrectly. I also think it COMPLETELY validates the drilling results of the past year.
