You know for sure it's ONLY international calls? No you don't because the admin refuses to talk about their secret program; they just claim they have a right to go around the law. With a warrant from the court the gov't can tap any person's tele they suspect of doing something wrong - or if time doesn't permit, tap and then get the warrant. It's the LAW!

And would have worked equally well complying with current FISA laws. Why do you prefer a government that operates illegally and secretly over one that operates legally and transparently? FISA court judges are sworn to silence by the way so transparency in this case only means allowing legally required oversight to take place.
