Oh please, we've heard "no dilution since 3/31!" one time too many. Truth is Both the SMCE OS and Float have increased.

Go find it. I have done the research and posted what the company has stated repeatedly, to only have it ignored or ridiculously called o/s dilution not real dilution or float dilution. ROFLMAO
