Number 1.
Personally, I have no idea if the current management team can bring Bavituximab to commercial success. They stumbled onto Bavituximab after 20 years of nothing. They stumbled with the P2, which can be argued it was no fault of their own.
Management and BOD are very well compensated. Company has over 180 FTE's and source of revenue is a AVID which up until recently had only one customer.
Personally, I thought there was going to be a spike this year and was going to sell out then.
Number 2.
So far Peregrine has a CEO who has absolutely no business experience stumbling his way through. He should have stepped down years ago. As for if they will learn from the critics? 100% no, all I have seen Peregrine Management do is line their own pockets and run this company like their own personal piggy bank.
The CFO has almost no practical Finance experience and 95% of his experience has been with Peregrine.
The current BOD with maybe ES as the exception has no BIOTECH experience and has somewhat cloudy ties with each other.
Overall, the Leadership of the company really doesn't instill all that much confidence.
Number 3.
If I thought the company was a lost cause, I would not be posting on this board. I think it is possible that the company may make some money but nothing like the fantasies on the board. Furthermore, like with many stocks good or bad, I think there is going to be a spike in the PPS "soon".
The reason I post here is because the shills posting here trying to get unsuspecting retail to buy shares of this company while at the same time shorting the stock. Yet, all the pumpers on this board think it is a great thing and it is good for the company.
As for the post I made, what was so negative about it? Did I make anything up? Was I falsifying anything?
So in the year since the dozens of collaborations? What other ones are you aware of?
