Never got my FUTL shares. Both Scottrade AND FINRA sent me letters today stating that I had to have bought by June 9th to get the spinoff. I will NOT be receiving the shares. I have filed a complaint with FINRA and the SEC regarding FWDG's deceptive emails regarding the dividend date. I intend to nail these lying bastards to the wall.
