That happened many, many years ago before TRCA was a glimmer in Ross Clark's eye. One explanation for the decision may have been limits on the quantity of clinical drug available as I do know that the timing was long before even the Avecia contract was forged. So, it may be premature to accuse Allan of a bad decision.
