The Dale thing was too bizarre. Needs to be some clarity but one must think something was problematic with his personal life that spilled into the workplace. Because if you listen to the last call he was a positive light and had not passed his prime on communicating with investors. You don't make that decision from just emotion alone and if an emotional firing is what really happened it is going to cost even more to stick around.

I talked to Dale on several occasions and found him to be personable and structured in his approach moving forward. I think Dale lit a fire under managements assets about getting things done in a methodical and organized way however he didn't have a lot of concern for current shareholders and wanted to run from the get go and that would have meant mega financing and dilution.

If the staff Dale had brought on board also fled the ship with his letting go then I would have been very worried. All his hiring's and acquaintances have stayed on and are happy with the situation so...That speaks volumes in my book.
