Yeah I think you are right about all of that exccept I really don't think they are going to do any national TV ads for a few years.. just guesstimation after watching the company for a few years, so don't quote me. But you are right, the infrastructure has to be there.. GZFX would get killed if they developed a reputation for crappy service.
