So after all his bluster and whipping up Greece against Europe, Greece's PM Tsipras presented his plan last night to obtain a THIRD loan for Greece - a plan more draconian than before his game of a referendum on July 5 that forced Greek banks to close FOR TWO WEEKS.

I have to wonder what James Galbraith, adviser to Tsipras who returned to MA before the July 5 referendum, is now thinking.
