RB is now lycos

I think they got some lycos people in there in tos. I got a great email from them apologizing for not responding to a TOS complaint earlier. I have never received anything like that before. Guess who the tos was about? "Someone" who was posting that civil docket with my name and address on every message board that I post on over there. He spammed them all with my personal information. He follows me from my profile. He of course blocks his profile, which is a tos violation nowadays. Someone was ordering pizza to be delivered to my house at midnight for a few days besides signing me up to spam snail mail lists because of those posts with my address in it. Here is that RB email.

unusually large volume of email from members needing assistance to
complete the login process. Unfortunately, this caused a backlog in our
other email queues. We now have this issue under control and are working
