Actually in real estate, if you own an apartment building and there is someone selling drugs there, they can take away your building, whether or not you even knew he was selling drugs there. They want property managers/owners to help in their efforts against crime and to report it and try to get them out of there.
ihub is an internet property. I would think matt would do his best to make sure crimes aren't being committed here.
Actually some organizations are getting ready to sue yahoo and raging bull for allowing certain people to commit crimes on the message boards while silencing others for posting about the crimes being committed.
