Yes, takes SEC forever

to nab the crooks. By then the scammers are in the caymans enjoying the investors money. With Westergaard and CCE they were investigating them for years. Then they slapped them on the wrist, told them not to do it again and they did the same thing instantly.

What's really sad is that you can go to a scam board and post SEC investigations, class action lawsuits, 100% proof of the fraud, and some people are still yelling "this stock is great" and some others are still buying it.

They say the state securities agencies are a lot tougher on these criminals. They can fine them a lot more and send them to jail for years as the state laws are more restrictive. You have to notify the state agency in the state where the business is run.

Just say NO to stock fraud
