Well that would make him a fool, no? Hmmmm.... pay $3.2M for 950K shares plus get 950K warrants at $4, or pay $5M a few weeks later for only 950K shares.
Doesn't add up.
I don't think it's a coincidence that the share increase was on the exact date of the S-8 filing registering 10.79M shares under the "Performance Incentive Plan" or the "Employee Stock Purchase Plan".
