I have to keep asking myself the question though. How can you so blatantly screw over so many people without expecting some type of reprocussion.And also do it after you have drawn nation wide attention to yourself.
Most CEO's that take investors for a ride in these penny scams do not announce to major news media ahead of time. They don't answer and return calls, etc. Just seems like this guy would be setting himself up for a ton of misery in approaching this the way he did.
I still feel there is more to the story. I know that if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it's probably a duck. There needs to be a pre market pr fully explaining what took place here. Without that, there is no other explanation other than he's a crook. JMO.
