spokeshave, under the "need funds for tech development scenario", would you advocate a voluntary delay in full salaries (maybe a 25-30% reduction) until tech revenues are assured? Then full salaries, plus back pay, plus bonuses if certain tech revenues are achieved. Why doesn't this make sense? I value your input tremendously.
