Spoke with Olga this morning. She knows nothing about the checks or why they were sent, says nothing should be paid out until everything is complete. she said she would check it out and call me back, but not holding my breath. Hope I didn't screw up anything for the guys that received checks. Knowing how the government operates, they may want the money back. Will report here if she calls me back.
