doughjo, that could very well have been a "sticking point". I would think that will be brought up at the Shareholders' Meeting if no funding is in place.

DJ. I think the bank will only look at their ability to pay it back imo.

Here is my thoughts on salaries.............

We as shareholders here have all the risk.

Risk being the dilution that takes place month after month to pay those salaries.

In fact you, like I, and a lot of people here who have been in this for a few to many years keep on taking the risk as management has only discontinued salaries for one small period of time.

I think it's way past time for management to reduce their salaries until they bring revenue from the tech.

BTW. I don't buy this ...............
They are risking their own reputation.
Management and advisers.


Huh? In this world of spin we live in?

How many people would ever look at Greives or Brad or whom ever, and say........
"hey why did NV not happen?"

How many things could they say being right or wrong that would be bought by that person asking?

In otherwords, we have all the risk as shareholders as they collect salaries month after month.
That risk goes up every day as dilution continues.

And before someone goes off..........
Yes, I know that factor is what makes this a high risk/reward ratio holding.

That being said, this no performance high salaries situation has gone on to long.

It's time for management to step up to the plate and live on $15,000 a month as CEO instead of 20,000 a month.

Same for Ray making $14,583 a month.
I think he could take $3,645.00 cut and survive!
Same for Rich. Take a 1/4 pay cut mininum.

A lot of us here have had to adjust our lifestyles due to un-met promises.

And management? After all this time?

They've done?????????????

Management wants to continue to tell us how great the tech is.
That the tech is coming along fine with no problems.
Fine!
I can deal with that.
I have been for years!

Now show some confidence in what you say about the tech by taking a salary reduction until revenues!

Put out a PR stating you are taking that reduction due to wanting the shareholders and potential investors to know we have a winner here.

Management wants to team up with current shareholders, and potential shareholders, to show we are doing everything we can to bring this tech to market!

Next day put out a PR that Brad Ketch is buying XXXXX amount of shares on the open market due to his confidence in the technology.

Next day have an advisery board member do the same.

You say you can't talk about the details due to different factors. Okay, fine.
I think you've explained that well.

But you can expresss to the world another way by putting money where your mouth is concerning tech.

When doing that, it is one factor that all investors understand.

It is a global language!

Money!
