That won't happen. Yes they do have the vote to do so but with all the warrants money(If exercised) if wont require any financing. As far as the share price eventually the shorts will cover and go away if they know what is best for them. Q2 will come out showing improvements in all categories and will move the market somewhat higher. New contracts, distribution agreement will make it move higher. Q3 will make the difference as it will be 1 full quarter with money plus maybe a Monsour deal. I predict $3-4 by Q2 next year. If they want to up list then so be it.
