Technically there's " no need " for SNEY to file, but they do. So, why won't they simply say whom the alleged buyer of these diamonds is?
Also, how is SNEY procuring these alleged diamonds when there is no SNEY affiliate on the African continent stated anywhere in any material given by the co , filing or pr. THEY HAVE TO have someone to physical gather these diamonds, right? Or , how is SNEY getting these diamonds out of Africa w no export license?
