Yes, this is deeply troubling. CFOs leaving a company is uncommon and a sign of impending overwhelming sorrow and tragedy. It is why I would never invest in any of the companies listed below. Wait.. it's not such a big deal you say? Whoops... my bad:

Uber's CFO is leaving… Let the IPO speculation begin - Quartz (Mar 16, 2015)

Tesla CFO Deepak Ahuja is leaving - USA Today (Jun 9, 2015)

E*Trade Finance Chief Leaving to Join LPL Financial - WSJ (Jun 1, 2015)

Disney CFO Jay Rasulo resigns, leaving path for Tom Staggs (Jun 1, 2015)

Groupon says CFO is leaving, increases stock buyback ... (Jun 3, 2015)

There is no concern, only unnecessary speculation.

Here's what she did, prior to being Oncosec's CFO -

Vice President and Controller, Secretary and Treasurer for Oncosec.

She's been there since inception.

If they had all the intention to push her out, she wouldn't have been promoted. Why would she waste 2.5 years if internally, there was a vibe that they wanted to push her out?

Case closed. She resigned, like she did with her previous employment 15 years ago.

What explanation are you expecting here to give when she resigns?
For all we know there are family related issues and she has to re-orientate here priorities. One would not expect to read this in a PR.
