The new website can be "constructed" without taking down the old site. The "under construction" phrase is used when there was nothing there to begin with. Treaty is not telling the truth... Again. There is some other reason the old website was taken down before the "new website" was ready... If there ever even is a new website.

The CC that was on YouTube is now gone too. The one that was full of lies...
