So never mind that what the "company" says does not make sense? The sensible thing to do is put the "new" website together then replace the "old" website when it's done...
I'm thinking that maybe the SEC or some other agency may have asked them why they still have a website up that is full of lies and suggested they take it down. Problem now is they can replace it with nothing but an address and phone number they share with a lawyer and put up a pic of a filing cabinet. Though that at least would be the truth...
