If they took down the old website for a new website then where is it?? It only takes a short time for it to show up and the site has been down for "maintenance" for at least 10 days now.... Just more smoke and mirrors from Treaty... Treaty never tells the truth... Why make investors wonder and wait??? Typical Treaty/Blackburn Bullshit.
If if had been suspended due to non payment most likely it would have said Website no longer available.
It's difficult to believe but it appears Treaty may be making a turn around. There is nothing that can be said will most definitely not happen in this world. Except for the Sun not rising. lol
