The banker is simply conducting business, what would you expect?The lower the PPS, the greater the shares, the greater the dilution. Plus, it will be replaced by new debt by Bates at a much lower PPS. No one to blame but management. The only offset is to increase pitiful annual sales of roughly 1.5 million, to at least 15 million. They will still be upside down and won't cover overhead, but will shore up the fact that they lose a ton of money for every dollar earned.
