They can't. But, my point is, the current PPS defines the current value of the company. Investors are seriously under water. Traders aren't touching it. The bankers you refer to will run this into the ground and then issue new toxic debt and do it all over again with the blessing of the company. Without a major catalyst or a spark in trading interest, this will continue on it's toxic downward spiral.

of course the share price is connected to current value..how do you think WSTI meets it's payroll, from revenues? lol.. Methinks Big Daddy Warbucks put the sledgehammer to this chop shop operation, now its time to bring in the overseas cheap labor crew. Probably the only way they can survive, now that they milked the fatted calf.
