The share price has everything to do with the performance and quality of a company. As for long term investing, that should not enter into a conversation in regard to OTC socks. Trading opportunities yes, investment grade, no IMO. Buy and hold does not apply, unless, maybe starting at .0001 for a lotto gamble. When to enter here, who knows. Maybe soon, maybe never. Debt may resolve, new debt will replace it maybe. Sales may grow. But, until they can reduce the cost of their sales by a minimum of 60%, they will continue to lose money on every sale, which requires new debt. They could turn it around, this is true. But, until they do or show signs that they will, it's a watch for bottom ticker.
