When you used "She", I think you meant EMC (Edward Chen). I wonder why Magistrate Judge Edward M. Chen took the case today since this is CW's case. Is she (CW) in vacation or her previous ruling on DNA v. Chiron was overturned by a Fed judge so she doesn't like this case? I agree that this is a complicated case, and all judges take time to do their DD. Please let us read your opinions when you see the motion. I hope abharploonta will check his PACER this week. Thanks.
