Several emails were exchanged with a partner. They sounded sincere, they even asked for more specific information which I provided and in no way did they seem to be blowing me off. Like I said, if it turns ugly here I am sure they would have some culpability. I fully believe they will take a long look at it. If I got a heads up from another CPA about a client of mine I know I would look into it.
