Yes, the company should not update the shareholders.That's not important. What's important, the only thing that is important to us, is to dot the i's and cross the t's. No update are necessary or appropriate , as we trust the shareholders will understand and comply with our lack of an update and transparency.
This "dots all i's and crosses all t's " has been the excuse du jour for NTEPHE's operating behind closed doors for so many years now that nobody could possibly take it seriously any more !
