Are you referring to requirements of disclosure, or transparency. If the contemplation of transparency is the topic, as Mr Ntephe stated as a priority, then that goal is so unsatisfactory, that ERHE is in deep denial.
However, if the measure is mere compliance of the SEC rules, they pass by a mere inch. But, the space between compliance and transparency is HUGE.
It's quite humorous reading the posts of those who didn't go to law school, never practiced securities law, have never consulted an attorney who specializes in this area, have absolutely no professional experience or exposure to sec regulatory and compliance issues, but post on a daily basis as fact, their untrained obtuse opinions that ERHC is continuously violating SEC regulations.
